Employee of the Month
Employee of the Month awards
Workforce on Tap has a culture that acknowledges good workers and good work. We pride ourselves on offering our clients not only skilled and friendly staff, but also workers who are motivated and committed.
Therefore, we regularly seek feedback from our clients about the staff we provide them and this feedback plays a major role in determining the Employee of the Month. A key consideration is the employee’s commitment to Occupational Health and Safety.
Each branch selects an Employee of the Month, every month. The winners are presented with recognition awards which include a certificate, movie tickets, Workforce on Tap drink bottles and more. This is our way of thanking our staff for the role they play in fulfilling our promise to our clients.
